IW HR & Payroll Ukraine features:

• Personnel functionality – management of department hierarchical structure, maintaining manning table, administrating applicants, employees` personal data, management and registration of HR orders (employment order, transfer, dismissal, vacation, etc.)
• Time management - calendar maintenance with statistical and “floating” holidays and non-working days, adjustment of time activity types completion of work schedules by template and work shift basis, usage of basic schedule for salary calculation by shortened or changeable schedules concerning established standard in days/hours, employees` timesheets and their correction.
• Payroll Calculation - adjustment of all necessary parameters for salary calculation, salary calculation per employee or department, tax calculation according to legislation, corrections of taxes, accruals and contributions, possibility to conduct payments between payment periods considering accruals, charges payments for each work day, sick-leave and vacation compensation calculation, generation of accounting entries on the accrued and charged salary considering dimensions, calculation and posting of fees to state insurance funds, accruals on wages fund per employee, payslip and printed forms.
• Reporting – statutory reports: 1-PV report, Tax report, printing forms, analytical reports.
